FAQ

Questions we get before the first email.

Calls, data, ownership, timelines, tools you already use, and what happens if you walk away.

In plain words, what does Rotewise do?

Your agency gets repetitive email work every day: applicants or inquiries to read and answer, leads to find, renewals and proposals to chase. We build a small computer program (an "automation") that does one of those jobs for you around the clock, using the tools you already have: your email and a spreadsheet. You watch it work on your real emails for 30 days without paying anything. If it saves you time, you pay once and the program becomes yours. If not, you walk away and owe nothing.

Is this a one-time payment or a subscription?

One-time. If you keep the system on day 30 you pay $1,500, $1,950 or $2,950 once, and the workflow, prompts and runbook are yours; nothing renews. The only monthly items are optional services you can add later: fresh lead lists ($600 or $750 a month) and monitoring after the included months ($250 a month per system). Both start only when you ask and can be cancelled any month.

Do we need to get on a call?

No. Everything happens in writing: you answer six short questions, we send a written plan, then a working version. If you'd rather talk it through, say so in your reply and we'll set one up.

What do you need from us?

A description of the process, roughly how many hours a week it takes, and the tools involved. For list systems, the roles and cities (or your best client's name). For inbox and proposal systems, a Google Workspace sign-in or a forwarding address, and one example of your own writing so the drafts sound like you.

Where does our data live?

Your inbox, sheets and documents stay in your own Google Workspace. During the free period the workflow runs on our n8n with the access you grant, which you can revoke at any time; once you keep it, it runs in your own n8n. AI drafting uses OpenAI with no training on your data. Nothing is sent to a prospect or client without a human look unless you switch that on yourself.

What happens if we don't keep it?

You keep every result it produced: the lists, the sheet, the drafted replies. The workflow itself ran on our n8n during the 30 days, so we switch it off, delete your data within 7 days, and nothing lingers in your accounts. Keep it, and the workflow, prompts and runbook move into your own n8n on payment.

How long does it take?

A written plan within two business days of your answers, a working version on sample data within a week, and 30 days to decide. Larger systems get their own dates in the plan.

We already use Zapier or Make. Does that matter?

No. We build on n8n because you can own and export it, but we connect to what you already run. If three small Zaps are all you need, we will say so.

Will a person look at things before they go out?

Yes, by default. Replies, proposals and follow-ups are drafted for a human click until you decide a system has earned automatic sending. Systems that write to prospects or clients on their own are your call, made in writing.

What happens after I ask for a plan?

You answer six short questions on this page. Within two business days you get a written plan from hello@rotewise.com: what we would build, what we need from you, the dates and the price if you keep it. Nothing is switched on and nothing is invoiced until you reply yes.

Can we pay monthly instead of once?

The system itself is a one-off; there is no plan that bills you monthly for it. If you would rather spread a build over two or three months, ask in your reply to the plan and we will put an answer in writing. Lists and monitoring are the only monthly items, and they are optional.

Who is Rotewise?

A small automation studio that builds and runs n8n systems for recruiting, marketing and insurance agencies. We work in writing, on fixed scopes, and we build first so you can judge the work before paying for it.

Your free build plan starts here.

Six short questions about the one process that costs you the most hours. No calls, no invoice, no follow-up sequence: a written plan within two business days.

  • Day 2
A written plan. What we would build, what we need from you, the dates, and the price if you keep it.
  • Day 7
A working version on your sample data, so you judge the work, not a pitch.
  • Day 30
Keep it or don't. One flat price if you keep it. $0 if you don't.
Your answers go to hello@rotewise.com and a private sheet only we can read. Deleted on request, and within 7 days if you do not keep the system.
Step 1 of 6 · Your agencyFree · in writing

What kind of agency are you?

We build for three kinds first. If you are something else, tell us in a few words.

How many people handle the day-to-day?

We build for teams of one to twenty first. Bigger teams get an honest answer in the plan.

Which process eats the most hours?

Pick the one you would fix first. One system per plan; the second one is easier once the first runs.

How does it happen today?

Where it starts, who touches it, where it ends. Rough numbers help: "about 40 quote requests a week, two people, 15 minutes each".

Where does it live?

Pick everything that applies. We build inside what you already run.

Where should the plan go?

We email the plan and nothing else. No sequence, no calls unless you ask for one.

Got it. Your plan is on its way.

We read this today and reply from hello@rotewise.com within two business days with the written plan. Want to add detail? Reply to the confirmation email with a forwarded example: a real inquiry, quote request or proposal.
